Responsibilities

• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; address performance issues.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to warehouse management.
