Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead logistics operations in a temperature-controlled facility.

You will supervise the Cold Crew, coordinate shifts, ensure safety, and drive on-time order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and excellence in customer service. The role requires previous warehouse supervision experience, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage overtime, conduct reviews, and engage with HR as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, organizing and communication abilities.
• Experience with warehouse PC applications and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute workflow prioritizing safety, sanitation, and accuracy.
• Lead Cold Crew staff and uphold company culture.
• Oversee hiring decisions, scheduling, and time-off approvals.
• Supervise labor allocation and overtime approvals as needed.
• Conduct safety investigations and track incidents in the system.
• Perform performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure good warehousing practices and inventory accuracy.
