Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of supervisor experience required.
• Experience leading warehouse operations, preferably in food or temperature-controlled settings.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse workflow with safety and cost control in mind.
• Oversee staffing, overtime decisions, and labor allocation.
• Investigate incidents and log safety reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to good warehousing practices and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with shipping/receiving to manage docks and pallet flow.
• Use WMS to assign tasks, track inventory, and handle exceptions.
• Escalate issues as needed and participate in corrective actions.
• May perform Lead duties as business demands dictate.
