Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, prioritize safety and accuracy, and coordinate with shipping/receiving to manage docks and pallet flow.

You will supervise staff, approve timecards, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to good warehousing practices and SOPs. Reporting to the Managers and Superintendent, you will guide labor planning, handle overtime requests, and drive continuous improvement in productivity while

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in warehouse or temperature-controlled environments.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and staff, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving to manage docks and pallet flow.
• Approve timecards and assist with scheduling labor and time-off requests.
• Investigate incidents, injuries, and near-misses and log reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain adherence to good warehousing practices and inventory accuracy.
• Escalate and resolve issues, collaborating with management and HR as needed.
