GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00pm - 7:00am) in Summerville, SC.

You will oversee a warehouse team, manage daily operations, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time while maintaining safety and exceptional customer service. The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with overtime and weekend availability

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 1 year of SAP experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
• Safely operate equipment and tools
• Provide support to warehouse management
• Track orders and investigate problems
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies
• Maintain clean environment per 7S program
• Work safely to protect team members
