Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise a shift at our Midlothian, TX facility. You will guide the warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, assign tasks, and train staff to keep operations running smoothly.

The 3rd shift runs Mon–Fri, 11:00pm–7:30am. This role requires SAP/WMS familiarity and supervisory experience; we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest improvements.
• Use the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
