Job summary

Technica LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the 3rd shift to support DLA New Cumberland, PA. The role oversees storage and distribution, directs warehousing staff, plans workload, and ensures efficient, compliant operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include routing materials, verifying received items, operating or supervising MHE and forklifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with Supervisors to meet deadlines and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a NACI clearance to CAC.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain forklift certification.
• Work environment may be hot or cold.

Responsibilities

• Directs employees engaged in warehousing operations using equipment and systems.
• Plans use of workers, equipment, and materials based on workload projections.
• Verifies materials against receiving documents and routes materials to storage locations.
• Oversees storage, distribution and inventory control.
• Ensures work is done efficiently and in compliance with contract terms.
