Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenance.
• Use dry ice blaster to clean molds and tooling components.
• Follow procedures and protocols for tooling work orders and production priorities.
• Complete work orders with accurate documentation and timely execution.
• Communicate effectively with peers, operators, and leadership using standardized formats.
• Work from a priority schedule to complete mold cleanings, Slide PMs, and assigned maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the molding department to maintain a clean and safe production floor.
• Support tooling and molding operations on the floor and in the tool room as needed.

Overview

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Tooling Support Technician to join our Fort Worth manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll perform in-press mold cleanings, minor maintenance, and support activities that ensure tooling components are clean, organized, and production-ready.
