The position operates on 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a base pay of $26.25 per hour, offering hourly non-exempt status and opportunities for overtime while following ISO standards and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following safe procedures.
• Must be able to operate and monitor equipment.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand 8 hours.
• Read and follow manuals and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace; good attendance.
• Willing to work overtime and in temperature extremes.
• Must pass forklift test and respirator fit test.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate machinery to mix, extrude, discharge, or handle materials according to operating procedures ensuring strands of material are continuous and adhere to safety standards.
• Weigh ingredients to meet specifications and ensure correct ingredients are delivered to the work area.
• Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Package finished materials and maintain records and logs.
• Refer issues to Production Lead or Managers for disposition.
• Complete and maintain all required system inputs/transactions.
