Job summary

Wright Plastic Products, LLC in Madisonville, TN is seeking a hands-on 3rd shift Technical Coordinator (Supervisor). This role directly oversees the 3rd shift technical operations and one report, directing mold changes, setup, and downtime reduction.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with Maintenance and Tool Room, initiate work orders in the COGS System, and lead training and performance development of the technical staff.

Qualifications

• Plastic processing experience in a supervisory/technical role.
• High school diploma or equivalent with material handling training.
• Ability to lead and develop technical staff.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Good communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3rd shift technical operations with one direct report.
• Direct and assist with mold changes and setup.
• Drive scrap and downtime elimination and continuous improvement.
• Initiate work orders through the COGS System.
• Conduct training and performance evaluations for technical staff.
• Coordinate PTO and manage unscheduled absences.
• Support launches of new products and processes and ensure smooth handoffs.
