Job summary

Building Plastics, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Warehouse Supervisor in Nashville, TN to oversee warehouse inventory and associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow with 1st and 2nd shift supervisors to meet customer orders.
• Lead beginning shift meeting to align daily goals.
• Directly supervise warehouse associates.
• Ensure associates are trained on BPI processes for picking routes and transfers.
• Enforce company policies, processes, and safety rules.
• Address errors with follow-up training or disciplinary actions.
• Document and resolve warehouse issues daily.
• Manage cycle count batches and AS400 data entry.
• Oversee inbound/outbound transfers and route planning per process.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and packaging standards.
