Zusammenfassung

Precision Elite Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a plastics manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, and uphold safety and uptime standards across plastic injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming lines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, strong electrical/PLC and robotics troubleshooting, CMMS experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with plastic injection molding, sheet extrusion, inline thermoforming, EPP/EPS molding.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, PLC, automation, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and robotic systems.
• Ability to read electronic/electrical drawings, schematics, manuals, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience using CMMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts safely.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians on assigned shift.
• Conduct daily shift startup meetings to discuss work, safety, priorities, and instructions.
• Oversee training, performance management, and accountability.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure maintenance activities are documented in CMMS.
• Motivate and develop team members to improve capabilities and uptime.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance based on equipment needs and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Analyze failures and provide technical guidance.
• Lead process improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities for parts and services.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE are followed.
