Trinidad Benham Corporation in Antioch, TN seeks a Shift Lead for the 3rd shift to supervise a team of employee-owners on instant rice production. You will drive safety, quality and output goals while developing a cohesive production crew and maintaining compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, coverage for breaks, performance reporting, and adherence to GMPs and food safety protocols. Leadership experience is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct production issues across the shift and operate all production and support machinery.
• Cover breaks and absences to meet production goals.
• Maintain shift communication and deliver performance reports to peers and managers.
• Lead by example and ensure adherence to plant rules and procedures.
• Maintain safe work practices and timely safety training.
• Keep machines and areas clean according to GMPs.
• Ensure all SQF, production and quality documentation for the shift is complete.
• Follow all Food Safety procedures and policies.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and cleaning as assigned.
