Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corporation in Antioch, TN is seeking a Shift Lead for the 3rd shift to oversee a team of employee owners in instant rice production. You will drive safety, quality, and production metrics while building an effective production team and ensuring adherence to GMPs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, shift storytelling with performance reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience and leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employee owners on the 3rd shift to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Troubleshoot production issues, operate and learn packing equipment, and cover breaks as needed.
• Maintain shift communication, safety training compliance, and accurate shift documentation.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency.
