Job summary

WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is seeking a Store Representative for a full-time in-store role in Holland Charter Township, MI. You will merchandise products, support store projects, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Shift is 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, 40 hours per week, with weekend and weekday availability required. Up to $19 per hour based on experience.

Store Representative

Position Summary

The Store Representative is the primary in-store resource responsible for merchandising products, completing store service projects, and providing excellent customer service. This role works closely with store management, employees, and guests to ensure products are stocked, displayed correctly, and readily available.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist store guests in a friendly and professional manner


• Provide accurate product information and escort guests to product locations


• Build strong working relationships with store management and employees


• Communicate store issues to management as needed

Merchandising & Operations

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays using planograms and schematics


• Rotate products and maintain organized backroom inventory


• Break down pallets and properly load carts


• Set up promotional materials, shelf tags, and signage


• Assist with inventory counts and audits


• Accurately record time worked and project completion

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and store policies


• Properly handle spills or damaged products


• Report unsafe conditions or injuries immediately


• Complete required safety and training courses

Qualifications
