Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for the 2nd shift (4x10 schedule) in Goodyear, AZ.

This hands-on role provides technical support for automated assembly equipment, conveyors, and control systems, partnering with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and maintenance to improve reliability and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with problem-solving skills, safety focus, and the ability to train

Competenze

• High School diploma or better is required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset when supporting production operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.

Mansioni

• Provide daily technical support for manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and production processes.
• Support manufacturing engineers with equipment development, installation, commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with debugging, modifying, and maintaining PLC and HMI programs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell ControlLogix).
• Support production trials, process validations, equipment qualifications, and engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Provide technical training and support to production personnel and maintenance technicians as needed.
• Support annual business objectives and KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement.
