Aspire Talent Solutions in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operations. This full-time, on-site role leads a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safety, quality, and production goals.

You will coach staff, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, monitor performance, and implement improvements while ensuring compliance with GMPs and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Ability to lead, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $86–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
