Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking experienced Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, on-site role leads a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high-quality production while meeting goals.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce GMPs and food safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues, ensuring smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $86–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
