Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Sanitation associate for a 3rd shift in Janesville, WI. The position offers $18.50 per hour with a 10:00pm–6:00am schedule, Monday through Saturday, and potential to hire.

You will maintain a clean work area, support food safety, and follow GMP/FDA guidelines while performing sanitation tasks on equipment and facilities. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to reach with hands and arms.
• Able to occasionally walk, stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Able to walk up and down stairs and a stationary permanent ladder.
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area and monitor equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement.
• Follow all company guidelines, rules, safety, FDA, and GMP policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks at a consistent pace within sanitation timelines.
• Perform sanitation of equipment, utensils, and facilities, including use of chemicals and wash downs.
