Job summary

Qualifications

• Meat industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce third-party sanitation vendor policies and SOPs.
• Audit plant-level compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee third-shift sanitation and the master sanitation program.
• Coordinate with departmental leaders and the contract sanitation company.
• Ensure sanitation work meets food safety and USDA/HACCP standards.
