Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years in a production role or related experience preferred but not required.
• Experience within the Protein Sector is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third shift sanitation process for food safety and safety issues.
• Perform verification checks on detergents and sanitizers utilized.
• Document nightly observations and communicate to all necessary individuals.
• Inspect production areas for needed mechanical repairs, complete the necessary work order, and follow up that it was completed.
• Verify nightly dry pick up with operations.
• Manage the facilities master sanitation program.
• Escort/Call USDA on their Pre-Op inspections.
• Monitor cutting board ware and follow up with MTC on work orders.
