JBS USA is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee hourly laborers and sanitation leads in designated plant areas, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory, customer and company policies.

The role emphasizes training, discipline procedures, and adherence to union regulations, with responsibilities across daily pre-operational paperwork and on-line supervision in FAB & KILL departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, add and subtract.
• Computer literacy incl. Excel and Word.
• Wear PPE at work.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations.
• High School degree or equivalent.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, strong people skills.
• Strong desire to work in a challenging and hands-on environment.
• Related sanitation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily sanitation lead persons and laborers in designated areas.
• Direct work of sanitation teams by department/area.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Follow union regulations related to hourly employees.
• Administer new hire and follow-up training for line personnel.
• Handle discipline procedures for hourly employees on the line per policy.
• Complete pre-operational paperwork for safety, payroll, and food safety compliance.
• Positions available in FAB & KILL.
