Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to read, write and interpret basic documentation related to manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Scan raw material usages by weight and lot number.
• Stage and sequence ingredients for use in the mixing equipment.
• Operate a two-roll mill to post-mix rubber stock from the mixer.
• Gather and blend samples of rubber stock for quality testing.
• Deliver preforms to molding cells and weigh/label stock before conditioning.
• Retrieve stock from conditioning and deliver to extrusion process.
• Label products, report production, and stage for core molding.
• Assist milling and extrusion operators and support process improvements.
• Follow PPE and safe processes; perform other duties as assigned.
