Job summary

Callaway Golf Company is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to perform material handling, mixing support and quality checks in our rubber stock production area.

Responsibilities include scanning weights and lot numbers, staging ingredients, post-mixing with a two-roll mill, preparing pre-qualification samples, labeling and delivering materials to the next process, and supporting operators as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Comfort with basic math and measurement tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scanning raw material usages by weight and lot number.
• Staging and sequencing ingredients for mixing.
• Operate two-roll mill to post-mix rubber stock.
• Gather, blend and extrude pre-qualification samples.
• Deliver preforms to molding cell and weigh/label stock.
• Retrieve stock from conditioning and direct to extrusion.
• Label products and report production for core molding.
• Submit cores to quality lab for blend pre-qualification.
• Support milling and extrusion operators as needed.
• Suggest improvements for process efficiency.
• Work safely following PPE and standard processes.
