Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Scanning raw material usages based on weight and lot number.
• Staging and sequencing of ingredients for mixing.
• Operating a two-roll mill to post-mix rubber stock.
• Gathering and blending samples for quality tests.
• Deliver preforms to molding cells.
• Weighing and labeling rubber stock before conditioning.
• Transfer stock to the extrusion process as required.
• Prepare cores for quality lab pre-qualification.
• Assist milling and extrusion operators.
• Pursue process efficiency improvements.
• Work safely following PPE and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
