Callaway Golf Company in Chicopee, MA is seeking an Injection Mold Compounder for the 3rd shift to support production of molded components. You will mix batches, weigh materials, follow procedures, and help keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years related experience, and basic computer skills. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, PPE use, and adherence to safety rules.

Qualificações

• Must read, write and understand English.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training in field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meet work order demands related to daily schedule.
• Understand material weight station.
• Follow proper procedures related to weighing.
• Mix batches to specification.
• Utilize right formula for proper product.
• Work in a safe manner following all PPE and standardized processes.
• Keep floors clear of compounding material that could pose slip hazards.
• Ensure containers are free of contaminants.
• Inspect regrind materials and ground materials from third party partners.
• Communicate with floor personnel and Engineering to mix materials as needed.
• Assemble, line and apply tare weights to empty gaylords.
• Weigh full gaylords of runners and deliver to Warehouse area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
