Job summary

Callaway Golf is seeking an extrusion-operator role in our manufacturing team. The position involves gathering rubber stock, operating extrusion equipment, producing slugs, and delivering parts for molding. You will ensure batch accuracy, document production, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience. This on-site position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a premier golf equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training in the field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Gather and blend and extrude pre-qualification samples of rubber stock for quality test and measurement.
• Operate extrusion equipment based on the needs of the business.
• Deliver slugs to proper cell for molding.
• Retrieve rubber stock from conditioning room, confirm batch blends and deliver to extrusion process.
• Process rubber through extrusion per size and weight specs.
• Retrieve slugs from extrusion, label product, report production and stage for delivery to core molding.
• Gather samples and process them as cores for quality lab as part of blend pre-qualification.
• Deliver samples in slug form.
• Organize and stage empty totes for extrusion process.
• Operate the mill as needed.
• Work towards improvements for process efficiencies.
• Work safely following PPE and standardized processes.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
