Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift and coordinate all production operations. You will direct Production Operators, ensure staffing and schedules, and uphold GMP/HACCP practices along with SOPs and USDA guidelines.

You will drive safety, Quality, and productivity while coaching team members, managing attendance, and maintaining accurate records. Join a team known for reliability and hard work in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach team members to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and SOPs.
• Communicate clearly with shifts, QA, and management.
• Model and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production operations on the 3rd shift (Fri, Sat, Sun; 5am–5pm).
• Provide leadership to operators and ensure staffing and schedules are followed.
• Maintain documentation and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Work with QA to ensure standards and HACCP/SSOP requirements are met.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; manage attendance and performance.
• Oversee safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across the shift.
