ASR Group is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily packaging and production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will verify control checks, escalate issues, and coach hourly team members to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes compliance with GMP and food safety programs, overseeing start-ups, changeovers, testing, and record-keeping while coordinating maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in food or regulated manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop hourly teams.
• Working knowledge of GMP and food safety/quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
• Coach and develop hourly associates using documented competencies.
• Ensure production start-up/shutdown, changeovers, and line adjustments follow procedures.
• Verify product testing and QA checks; address deficiencies and document results.
• Maintain records for traceability and compliance; manage non-conforming materials.
• Support railcar and raw material activities and maintain clear travel paths.
