Job summary

Jack Link’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Raw Department on the 3rd shift at our Perry, GA plant. This role directs production operations, leads Operators, and ensures GMP, HACCP, and SSOP adherence while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will build a strong team, manage staffing and training, and ensure on-time production schedules with cross‑department coordination and accountability for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or perishables.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and SSOP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct production operations and coordinate with subordinates.
• Lead Production Operators and ensure staffing and schedules.
• Maintain GMP/HACCP compliance and SOP adherence.
• Monitor safety, quality, and timekeeping, and drive continuous improvement.
