Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift in Texas to ensure products meet established quality standards. You will calibrate and maintain lab equipment, run pre-run checks, perform ATP and allergen swab testing, and inspect ingredients and finished products for conformity.

You will document results, follow SOPs and GMPs, and escalate issues to the Quality Supervisor. Strong attention to detail, math skills, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years in manufacturing.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembly and minor repairs.
• Strong written and oral communication within the team.
• Team oriented with adaptability to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment in the lab.
• Perform ATP and allergen swab testing to release equipment post CIP.
• Inspect and approve bulk ingredient shipments before unloading.
• Inspect and approve each juice batch before processing.
• Ensure finished product meets specified requirements and document results.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs and escalate issues to QA management.
