Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 1 year of operations experience.
• Strong operations and technical skills with ability to interpret procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations on a shift or group of production lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
• Evaluate plant performance daily and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators to improve performance.
• Solicit and evaluate ideas for plant improvements and collaborate with engineers on proposals.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to project teams.
