Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in production, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, Excel functions, and reporting.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead production on multiple processes/lines in a technical environment.
• Monitor daily performance; advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Direct a team of operators to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness targets.
• Troubleshoot operational issues; coach operators to improve capability.
• Collaborate with engineers on plant improvement projects and cost reductions.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to project teams and maintenance liaison.
