Qualifications

• Experience as a team lead within manufacturing, production, mechanical maintenance, industrial or military.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team in safety, health, environmental, and quality.
• Foster PBM philosophy and drive safety excellence with employee involvement.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Minimize waste at machine centers and ensure on‑time production.
• Plan, assign and direct work for hourly production employees; address complaints.
• Communicate issues and results daily across departments.
