Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Circleville, OH facility. The role leads a shift team in safety, quality, and production, driving continuous improvement and PBM-based leadership. Strong interpersonal and technical skills are required to guide transformation initiatives.

The 3rd shift runs Monday 11:00pm–Saturday 7:00am, overseeing corrugator operations and working on process improvements with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team in compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality.
• Foster a culture based on PBM Philosophy.
• Drive safety excellence by promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability; identify hazards and implement mitigating strategies; investigate incidents and participate in root-cause analysis.
