Ohio Laser, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality and productivity in the production areas.

The role focuses on developing and managing personnel, equipment, and facilities to meet performance goals in a clean, modern metal fabrication shop in Plain City, Ohio. The position is full-time with a benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401k and paid time off.

Qualificações

• 4 year college degree in management or related field with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 10+ people.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate facilities and start machines at shift 11:00 PM.
• Direct and coordinate employee activities to meet plant goals.
• Enforce safety rules and standards.
• Oversee maintenance needs and facility upkeep.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain attendance and communicate with Production Manager and HR.
• Ensure quality processes are performed by operators.
• Be involved in onboarding and hiring new associates.
