Job summary

You will mentor staff, drive productivity, manage priorities, and partner with quality and maintenance to continuously improve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a culture of safety across the facility.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing and assign workforce to production goals.
• Monitor production metrics, attendance and timekeeping.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members for growth.
• Address production challenges and support shift operations.
• Provide hands-on support to maintain safe and efficient production.
