Job summary

MPW Industrial Services is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor in Huntsville, AL. The role directs the assigned shift to meet production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will train team members, review work orders, and support plant-level initiatives for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include conducting pre-shift meetings, overseeing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and coordinating shipping/receiving and related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in an industrial cleaning environment preferred.
• 3+ years experience in industrial automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams for efficient operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient MS Office skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of the assigned shift to meet production schedules while ensuring safety and quality.
• Conducts pre-shift meetings and toolbox talks; reviews work orders and instructions.
• Supervises daily production activities, maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Ensures training on work instructions, quality requirements, and safety items.
• Oversees shipping/receiving, inventory, and related administrative tasks.
