Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a culture of safety throughout the facility.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing and workforce assignments to support production goals.
• Monitor and report production metrics, scrap/yield results, attendance, and timekeeping information.
• Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and cross-functional departments.
• Build teamwork and collaboration across departments and facilities.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop team members for future growth opportunities.
• Address production challenges and make timely decisions to support shift operations.
• Provide hands-on support as needed to ensure safe and efficient production.
