Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift manufacturing team at our Strasburg, Ohio facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations while fostering a positive team environment and supporting employee development.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility environment with exposure to production equipment and machinery.
• Required use of safety glasses and other personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable.
• Frequent walking, standing, and communication with production personnel.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• May occasionally travel to other facilities or customer locations.
