Eaton’s Electrical division is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd Shift at our Santa Ana, CA facility. You will direct manufacturing activities, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Relocation is not provided. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Santa Ana, CA. The role offers a salary range of $99,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of supervisor experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation; reside within 50 miles of Santa Ana, CA.
• Preference for experience with MRP/ERP, Lean, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities to maximize productivity and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a zero-incident culture aligned with QA/QMS.
• Coach and develop team members, manage daily work schedules, and review production metrics.
• Communicate status to management and coordinate with other functions to resolve issues.
• Schedule overtime as needed to meet production requirements and maintain 5S standards.
