Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Electrical Test Technician for the 3rd shift in Santa Ana, CA. The role involves testing and modifying electrical equipment post-production and ensuring product functions meet specifications.

Hours are from 10pm to 5am, with full benefits and a 401k from day one. The position pays $29.80 per hour plus a $3.00 shift premium, with potential overtime depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of electrical test or related electronic technologies experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Test and modify electrical equipment post-production and inspect product functions.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC circuitry and PCAs to component level.
• Prepare written test reports, logs and records.
• Organize work by studying wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications.
• Maintain safe work environment and comply with regulations.
