Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for our Alburtis, PA site. You will lead 15–30 associates across multiple production lines on a 3rd shift, ensuring safe, high-quality output and on-time delivery.

You’ll collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues in real time and drive continuous improvement, building a track record for future leadership opportunities within our Operations team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (College Preferred).
• Five years’ experience in Foundry/Manufacturing operations.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if required.
• Must maintain a good performance and attendance record.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of handling exerting and/or stressful situations.
• Must be able to conduct and participate in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with policies.
• Schedule safety meetings and trainings, investigate accidents.
• Manage operational areas on assigned shift and supervise hourly staff.
• Coordinate area resources for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Lead area staffing, vacations, and overtime distribution.
• Drive quality production and process adherence.
