Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Alburtis, PA to manage daily performance of multiple production lines with a team of 15-30 associates. You will collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering to resolve issues, uphold safety standards, and maintain on-time, high-quality output.

You will lead safety trainings, scheduling, and area staffing, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with 5-S and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (College Preferred).
• Five years’ experience in Foundry/Manufacturing operations.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if required. Must keep a professional appearance.
• Must maintain a good performance and attendance record.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of handling exerting and/or stressful situations.
• Must be able to conduct and participate in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of multiple production lines on 3rd shift.
• Lead a team of 15-30 associates.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues in real time.
• Keep lines running and drive continuous improvement across the shift.
• Ensure safe and sanitary working conditions and compliance with safety regulations.
• Complete daily production and downtime reports and maintain attendance records.
• Coordinate area staffing, training, and 5-S housekeeping documentation.
