Qualifications

• Requires an associate's degree or seven to ten years of manufacturing-related experience managing groups or teams.
• Proficient in production planning and scheduling with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and email/internet use.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 30–100 employees in Manufacturing.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production plans with department leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and proper housekeeping in work areas.
• Maintain on-time shipping goals and manage attendance records.
• Provide training and updates to employee training records.
