Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Line 3 Operator - Big Bottle in Charlotte, NC for 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00pm–6:30am). Pay ranges $20.33–$21.89/hour, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work practices.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Weekend work will be required to support customer demand and schedule.
• Seasonal temperatures and noisy environment may be present.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-operation activities to ensure proper startup and safe operation of equipment.
• Operates equipment and monitors production to ensure quality and minimize downtime.
• Communicates with team and support to maintain continuous production of the correct product.
• Performs housekeeping and sanitations.
