Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in manufacturing-related field.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees and coordinate scheduling.
• Train staff on GMP, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor equipment settings and operations to ensure quality and safety.
• Control process standards across mixing, fermentation, dividing, molding, proofing, baking, slicing, packaging and coding.
• Ensure material supply meets production needs and manage documentation.
