Job summary

IQE plc is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Greensboro, NC, to oversee epitaxial materials production and monitor manufacturing processes. You will coordinate the Production team to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-compliant operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and adherence to EHS standards, with opportunities to mentor staff and implement process improvements across the line.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Production or Operations in manufacturing.
• 6+ years of production/operations experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience supervising teams and providing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily Production team activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs and records.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve operations.
• Mentor Operators and Technicians in manufacturing processes.
