Job summary

IQE is seeking a Production Supervisor on the 2nd shift to oversee the fabrication of epitaxial materials. You will manage the Production team, coordinate daily activities in the cleanroom and office, and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.

You will mentor operators and technicians, lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma or Lean, and maintain documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Production, Operations or equivalent field.
• 6+ years in Production, Operations or equivalent; desirable.
• Experience supervising teams and managing performance.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily Production team activities.
• Lead process improvements using Six Sigma or Lean methods.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain documentation and training materials.
