Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 3rd shift at the Andover, MA facility to lead a 15–20 person manufacturing cell within the Precision Metal Fabrication value stream. You will plan, organize and direct work to meet quality, cost and delivery targets while maintaining a safe work environment and driving safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Supervisory, leadership and/or Operations/ manufacturing experience is required.
